With the huge success of the Sunday women’s jiu jitsu class we will now be adding an additional class to the weekly time table.
The new class will run every Wednesday night 7:30 to 8:30pm
starting on the 3rd of Feb. (Next week).

All women from all academies are welcome to attend and new students and more then welcome to jump in and start there jiu jitsu journey, if you don’t have a uniform gym clothes are all good.

Wednesday night – 7:30 to 8:30pm
Sunday arvo 3:00 – 4:00pm
