  • Army craws
  • Forward roll (from knees)
  • Backwards Roll (from sitting)
  • Hip escapes
  • Break falls backwards

Techniques:

  • One Takedown and control
  • One sweep from guard

Self Defence:

  • Technical stand up
  • Single handed wrist grab thumb up
  • Single handed wrist grab thumb down

 

Grey Belt Grading

 

 

Movement Drills:

  • Side break falls (Squatting)
  • back brake fall (Standing)
  • Forward roll over the shoulder (standing & brake fall)

 Techniques:

  • One Takedown
  • One Sweep from Guard
  • Control and Submission from Mount

 Self Defence:

  • Standing in base
  • Head lock escape standing (police escape / arm behind back)

 Demonstrate

  • Mount position –Closed Guard –Back control –Side control
    (Control each position for period of time)

 

Grey/Black Belt

 

 

Movement Techniques:

  • Side brake falls (Standing)
  • Bridge from back

Techniques:

  • Two Takedowns and control
  • Two sweeps and control

 Self Defence:

  • Head lock police escape
  • Head lock lateral drop take down

Demonstration:

  • Control Mount with one figure 4 submission
  • Control Side control with one figure 4 submission
