Brown Belt
The best Australian to ever train, teach or compete in Jiu Jitsu. A technical wizard on the mat who is also a fantastic collector of techniques and knowledge. 2nd ever Australian medalist at the Mundial (2000), losing via points to the legendary Roger Gracie. At 30 years young 6’3 and 100kgs Dan is super fit, technical and always improving… look for 2012 to be a great year with plenty of competitions on the calendar.

White Belt
I haven’t been doing Jiu Jitsu for very long and only a new student of Dan's but he is a great guy and keeps a great environment at the academy that I felt welcome from day one and his passion and dedication to the sport is like no other I've seen.

Black Belt
I have been training BJJ since 1993 and have trained with and competed against most of the black belts around Australia. I have to say that Dan is the most gifted grappler I’ve ever rolled with. Not only that but he can pass it on as well and creates a great environment of learning at the club. Can’t rate Dan high enough!

I have trained with many different schools in Aus and the USA, Dan is up there with the best and I have trained with Saulo! A great guy that loves Jiu Jitsu.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dan and all the DC Jiu Jitsu students. DCJJ is an amazingly well put together Jiu Jitsu and fitness academy that is extremely well priced and affordable too! Dan is always able to give you time and help with any aspect of your training whenever you require it. All of the students including myself always come out of there feeling refreshed and keen for the next session! Everyone is always so positive, friendly and always willing to help you with anything. It is a great club with so much aspiration for the future, two thumbs up!
