Pre Requirements:

  • Must be 7 years or older

Movement Techniques:

  • Bridging over the shoulder
  • Bridging over the shoulder to Knees

Techniques: 

  • One escape from mount
  • One escape from bottom side control
  • Two sweeps from guard

Self Defence:

  • Double leg take down to control

 

Yellow Belt Grading

 

 

Pre Requirements:

  • Must be 7 years or old

Movement drills 

  • Complete warm ups on day

Ground Techniques:

  • Transition combo – Sweep from guard, Mount control, transition to back control.

Takedowns:

  • Single leg take down
  • Double leg take down

Self Defence:

  • defence from being pushed agents wall

  • Must be 7 years or older

Movement Drills:

  • Complete warm up on day

Ground Techniques:

  • Control Back position for period of time showing hooks and hand controls.
  • Transition to mount control finishing with submission

Takedowns:

  • Single leg to double leg take down
  • Hip throw to control
