Tuesday / Thursday’s 7:00 to 8:00pm
Grappling and striking coach’s on the mats covering all aspects of the game.
This class will be open to all levels, from Beginners to more advance and will cover skills / drills and sparing along with everything in the middle.

DCJJ Geelong’s MMA classes will focusing on all areas of the fight game Stand up, take downs, grappling ect, our dynamic classes will have two of Geelong most experienced coaches teaming up to instruct you with direct feed back and skill building, We will be offering you professional classes with professional instruction, from professional coaches in a fun, friendly and safe environment.
If you have never trained in combat sports but have always wanted to give it a go then these classes are perfect for you as there is no expiriance needed to attend these classes also if you think you may not be fit enough to give it a go, think again ! MMA if amazing for your cardio and fitness and classes run at a “Go at your own pass” style.

along with your MMA membership toy will be able to access all Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes on the time table at no extra cost to you. so jump in and give it a go. All are welcome to attend classes.
